I placed two orders of WHP gold coin 2g one on 17th Oct and second on 20th Oct. Both orders packed and shipped after 3 days of order through Bluedart. Tracking AWB shows Online shipment booked since packed date. Raised complaint for one of the order. They cancelled the order and made shipment to RTO. As soon as complaint, next day it got shipment picked up and made RTO and marked the issue/complaint as resolved. Looks like same will happen with my second. Not raised a complaint as of now..
Need suggestion how should I proceed for my second order. Now my worries is about their refund... angry

Don't raised a single complaint with AJIO. If you don't see the AWB tracking no. Don't call them or lodge any complaint. You will receive the order.
If you file any complaint irrespective of anything for an order, they will cancel. Happened with me 2-3 times.

Yesterday one order marked as delivered of my friend without delivery in our area gold coins are delivered by bluedart and their was no message from them also like they send today your order will be delivered and yes otp is also asked by them but no such messages
