Amazon has fake reviews half the time. Do not trust Amazon’s reviews much.

And these fake reviews have many things in common like
1.Wording
2.Review dates
3.100% positive views about product
4. All reviewers names belong to north or south or one particular state
5.Product recommendation like ’I bought, again my friend bought, my family likes.. ’

And negative reviews are not accepted.. I read some post here.

Ya! But sometimes our calculations gets wrong .
I.e,
Spicejet style offer .
Where there were lots reviews on quora , everyone from dummy accs. And 101% positive .
I predicted products will be not arrive and warn others not to fall into..

But fortunately (for buyers) it goes wrong.
Almost everyone recieved products and quality was great at that price .

But that sometimes occures sometimes
. blush

But reviews on Amazon are pretty elaborate, which is not the case with flipkart, most of the reviewers their just write good or bad, that’s hardly useful.

and even if their are fake reviews on Amazon, like many pointed out here, we can easily spot them by seeing their review history. They usually give highest rating to the same company.

anyway, I think it would be unwise to trust only one site for reviews, i usually check the recent ones, on both site, with negatives first. and then head to YouTube.

flipkart posts negative reviews??? They are very picky in what they allow you to post, all my feedback is moderated and I have not seen any printed.

My amazon india reviews are moderated but they print the vast majority of them, on amazon.com it gets printed almost instantly. Some problems at amazon india because they wont allow 2 reviews from same household and lock your review then. This happens because I get asked for products, I search and find links and send it to get ordered.. But amazon will keep asking me to write reviews on the product. You forget you did not buy it and write one and blocked.. Or if both of you bought it and write 2 reviews and again block..

some people make it a job writing reviews and spamming all sites. Just like some people keep posting so many useless product posts here just to fill up thousands of posts full of products just so they can own it in case in the future someone else ever posts anything similar they can yell repost. Pretty easy to cut and copy specs from manufacturer and say its a review. I even complained to amazon about such useless reviews. I want to know what people felt after buying and using it or how to use a deal. You can buy pretty outdated and useless products and make it useable. And I had to go to amazon to find out how to use my wifi printer that I bought on flipkart.
