Why I am getting random cashback on Amazon order?

I am trying to order something of 649 rupees and it says that “your order is eligible for 179.8 rupees cashback” . This is 27.7% cashback. I tried increasing order value and max cashback is capped to 250 rupees. What is this cashback about?

May be It’s 20% cashback(₹129 for 649) plus ₹50 cashback on minimum shipping of 300
