Axis personnel themselves don't know about the features of their account(s) and would go to the extent of lying to meet their targets - misinformation along with misrepresentation of facts and then charging for everything. 

It's better you avoid axis. Hdfc imperia is just a stamp... It's a totally useless programme of theirs. 

You can think of IDFC Wealth account.

It's about charges they take in your account.

Even  if you visit branch people there have no Idea about charges debited.

Also if min balance not maintained 338 charge.

Hdfc has 150+gst.
Also no reward on debit card like hdfc gives 400/750 per month.
Axis Grab deals is something like hdfc smartbuy but grab deals has scammed many.

If you love your money then don't keep it in axis Bank you will regret later mark my words

I also read lot of complaint against axis. And some are very horrible. 

That set aside - 

I own axis account since 2006 . Not a single unpleasant experience for me so far. Just don't give any consent to calling rms for personal loan - credit card upgrade etc. Do whatever you want only through app Or net banking. Everything will be fine. 😂

I have Axis Savings Acct since 1998-99. Never had any issue so far. It is my primary acct for UPI (most apps are linked to this) and also for ATM Cash (3-4 times a month). Avr bal remains around 15K. Normally transfer funds from my salary acct to fund it. Don't even have a dedicated RM, at least no one calls.

Based on this acct, I got FK (LTF), Myzone (LTF) and Airtel (paid) credit cards.

I will say shift to Axis, many -ve things about Axis like some charges, no proper reply, no edge points or cash back credited some times

but Axis cards are most beneficial, when it came to shopping or bill payments its Axis card and savings are significant

I ignore those charges and milk their cards, moved from DCB to Magnus+Ace and will close DCB near anniversary

Axis customer care number is behind a paid number who tf does this shit

I even had to recharge main balance for even getting customer id as the free sms doesnt work as i dont have an account, just a cc.

Axis Bank experience is close to SBI. If you ok to have sub-par services then go ahead with Axis bank. Else it is advised to avoid Axis bank like a plague. 

😂my first experience with axis. stepped into the new branch that was opened near my home. a guy in the door (in the name of helping me) doesnt even allowed me to go in and instead was asking about my salary and earnings. when i said that i came to enquire about opening savings account, he said that all new account openers will be 'gifted' with free credit card. when i said i dont want credit card and only want savings, he blatantly lied that savings account need 1lakh balance, and he could reduce it to 10k if i took credit card. i said im poor and walked away. this was 4 years ago

So i was with citi now into axis,  and m looking to change bank asap.

Axis is indeed special as they wont even tell u why ur balance turned into negative.

Previously their name was UTI Bank and that is why there IFSC still starts with UTIBXXXX.

Beware of people who changes their nature and Avoid those who changed their name itself.

Every bank's service needs to be checked by their customer support in some mistakes u done. If they support you in your bad time go with it.

I have horrible experience of Axis Bank support. I am trying to close my wife's bank account since last six months buy they are not doing it with one or other reason. Last reason i got is i have set Auto payment for my credit card. I need to disable it but i am not able to disable it through online. When i asked customer care they are saying auto payment cannot be disabled as my wife is not earning member and card was issued to her based on family banking with me.

@basantmo I had a axis credit card in 2013 while i was living in south india. I never had any other banking relation with them. I relocated to north india in 2014 and did KYC to ensure address change.

When my card expired in 2015, Axis delivered the card to old south india address. Customercare suggested that branch will help. When i asked the branch for help but they refused to help citing that their software Axis 360 does not show details of creditcard customer.

After getting fedup of this nonsense, i asked shikha sharma's office to cancel my card account. And that was the end of Axis banking for me.

I have heard that..they will charge for "Looking at their branch and having a glass of water in the branch "

And they will combine all these charges as CONSOLIDATED CHARGES 😎

Axis t0rture their employees with workload and targets just so they can stay best in Private Banking...

I'm much satisfied with ICICI Privilege Banking and AU OR IDFC,

These banks reach out quick when you need support, and make sure there is a positive impact

I use Axis Bank products for only for revenge, trying to get their prepaid card from quite some time but not able to get i don't live in kochi to get their transit card,

banking i cannot comment. but customer care and people working there are by faaaaaaar the worst bank ever. imagine opening 100 service request for a simple bank account upgrade and every single time they were closed without even doing anything. i would have run away from them if not for their earlier priority banking offer and now the credit cards which are just amazing.a simple mail to customer care in ICCI, HDFC, SBI (Credit card0 always solves the problem, but gues what i had been mailing their PNO for 6 months to close a simple EMI and everybody is clueless.  less said about the banking staff the better.

i blocked my debit card and applied for a new one and i was abroad and somehow the card was delivered to the branch and when i sent my mother and wife to ask, they didnt even give some respect as they are village people and sent them back saying no card..

so i blocked the new card again and applied another one by which time i was at home. went to the branch after long time i was given the card and when i tried to use it was the old card which was supposed to be given initially which was already blocked by me . and they had no clue about the new card. later after knowing i had a healthy bank balance the bank branch manager and others started pestering me and even coming to my home which was about 5-6kms frequently to make me sign up for their insurance schemes. bunch of Goons they have
