Why Refund On Paytm Takes so Much Time For Cancelled order?

ya bro same case with me . i send lots of msg to paytm then after 12 days they refunded my money. AMAZON is good

does MI refund the money instantly if order cancelled and money paid through paytm wallet

If the order is cancelled before shipping, the money gets credited from the Paytm within 2 days. but if the order is shipped, then u would get the refund once the product reach back to seller. It may take 10-15 days

Well paytm is slow in everything. Amazon is fast in refunding money.

Paytm takes 14days to credit back the refund.

same happen with me. think if it was a big amaount then what we do.

5 days back booked a movie on paytm
got call from inox that showis cancelle
told same to paytm cc in complain section
still didnt got refund

they are take so much time

If you have paid by debit card, then it will take almost 2 weeks to credit the amount to your bank account.
If you had paid via paytm wallet, you would have received instant refund after cancelling order.

Be glad Paytm refunds your money.

Well not exactly i cancelled item before it shipped and its been 10-11 days still waiting for refund.my brother order mobile and returned the product because of manufacture issue i payed 90% money via UPI and other 10% via paytm wallet still its been 2 days i didnt get any money in my paytmwallet

i ordered ear phone from paytm on 9 oct 2018, paid through my SBI debit card ,canceled my order on 11 oct, today is 15oct2018 i have not recieved my money back. what should i do?(I dont have KYC registration)

I have cancelled the order with in 5 min ..but not getting refund in my bank now 11 days are already over ..

the important question is why are you shopping on paytm?

but yeah they take long time to offer refunds. in general, everything is slow with paytm – shipping, delivery, refunds etc

@admin I have purchased in medplus but I have cancelled and reorder some medicine, the cancelled amount was still not refunded to my ICICI credit card. It’s 10 days gane..

Due to covid issue all refunds not processing, even we are struggling for flipkart cancelled orders.

Did cc payment using paytm debit card, payment got cancelled and mobikwik issued a refund.
It’s been 4 days since that but refund has not came in paytm bank yet. asked mobikwik cc they confirmed that refund has been issued but paytm cc says to fill a dispute form.
