Samsung costs 25k
Fitbit costs 20k
MI costs 10k
Noise costs 2.5k
Why such huge difference? 1 or 2 feature difference cannot lead to 20k difference. Can someone explain?

Samsung is the only smart watch brand here
The others are Fitness bands (Mi, Fitbit/Google, Mi, Noise) w/ Larger displays
mostly samsung and apple make proper watches
rest are bands pretending to be watches. different features and hardware makes up different market segments. some good some bad.
and stuff like noise, boat, generic cool name for a band imported in mass from taobao are absolute crap thanks to bad hardware and sensors. it is for people(mostly school and college kids) who can’t afford a proper smartwatch yet desires to have one, looks at the wrists of fat indian cricketers wearing one, goes on to buy one and flaunt.
OK fine. Then why is there such vast difference between fitness bands. If we exclude Apple and Samsung?
Just adding 1/2 feature cannot increase cost from 2500 to 15000 !
differences can include screen quality, water resistance, exercise modes, nfc, gps, barometer, compass, sp02, HR monitoring, tracking calorie intake, elevation and other niche stuff, call control, music control, integration with other hardware, ACCURACY…..etc.
So if i want only accurate sleep tracking and heart rate monitor during exercise, which is the cheapest watch?
Don’t want other things like waterproof, spo2, etc.
Is a 2000 watch like Noise ColorFit pulse fine?
Go for Honor Band 6 or other equivalent (price-wise) versions from the house of Huawei. Reportedly the most accurate out of a generally not too accurate bunch. During vigorous exercise practically nothing is accurate. Brisk walking is fine. Sleep tracking as well most of the time. Running/Jogging – gross overestimation of HR. Might consider investing in a Beurer PO30 or better for accurate and quick HR measurement.

Sensors.
Good accurate sensors from reputed companies cost more. No name Chinese companies steal IP from them or reverse engineer knockoff sensors. Other no name companies use these worthless sensors to produce worthless products.
As @tuckingfypo aptly pointed out, these are okay if you want to showoff.
But if you are serious about tracking and results, buying cheap is false economy.
So this is a very do-as-you-please product category. This and bluetooth earbuds. I read somewhere that these have very minimum cost and margins are very high. That is why we see any lullu pullu coming into this market and selling their useless bluetooth earphones and watches. Boult, Poult, Noise, etc.
Highly unregulated category making fool of people.
A lot of the profits is cornered by Qualcomm for licensing the codecs, certification etc. It seems like whenever a Western company holds the monopoly almost always the pricing is exorbitant. Ofc the OEMs are also benefited otherwise they wouldn’t be in such a rush to get rid of the venerable headphone jack.
apple with ECG
Please stop these companies from making a fool out of you completely. Why do you need sleep tracking to start with? Just live a healthy lifestyle and you will sleep fine. How do people wear something like a band on their wrist while sleeping anyway? The only thing these stupid gadgets can benefit us with is Sp02 and heart rate measurements. So just buy according to that.
