Why swiggy add balance is temporarily disabled

Its for all, since 15 days atleast ( that was when i first noticed it)

I havent added anything to swiggy money though, since its inception. Always used GVs only and those are still working okay. They might be having some issues with RBI KYC guidelines , so disabled add money option.

May be they have realised that gift vouchers are draining their profits. May be exploring ways to restrict discounts/usage of swiggy money GVs

swiggy wallet money is different from swiggy gvs. We can still add gvs, i think so

Swiggy gv can still be redeemed

Often available in amazon itself at 6-7% discount & along with amazonpay card that gives 2% it is 8-9% discount.

GVs are different from wallets in which one can add money using cards/upi/net banking. Wallets always have limits & need to be RBI compliant much more compared to GVs.
