Will Jio 75 recharge work in normal Smartphone for Incoming & validity purpose only? Outgoing & data is not needed.
Or otherwise which is cheapest way to get 1 month validity recharge on JIO?

Incoming & sms – working
Outgoing – works only for jio phone
But u have required jio phone to do that 75 recharge

Yes. OG SMS and call won’t work.
₹129(28d/2GB). Available only the myjio app and the jio website.
So, forget cashback and discounts when recharging with this plan.
