and i mean international ticket like from delhi to london , and interntional lounge are different on same airport then domestic lounge

If Ur Card Is Issued In India , Then Yes Counts Towards Complimentary Access When Visited International Terminal Lounge In India.
Now A Days Some Cards Required Minimum Spends To Get Free Complimentary Lounge Access , Make Sure U Read Terms Before Visiting And Airport Lounge List For Each Card ( For Ex :: In Hdfc Some Cards Have More Airports List And Some Cards Have Less Airports List )
