First thought was, what a travesty. Some biryani lover is going to blow a gasket.
But We have been colouring biryanis with saffron or byadgi chillies etc., for centuries.
After reading the ingredients, it's clear it's just normal biryani that is coloured with blue flowers.
Not some out of world innovation or invention the company is claiming it to be. Homeopathic biryani
Personal observation, it looks disgusting when you think it's biryani. I wouldnt be surprised if it tastes good. But look of biryani has half it appeal which this one lacks.
