Using Windows 11 for quite a long time!
Though significant changes are done in settings which really improves the experience!
But at the same time it has major compatibility issues, not so perfectly synced with GPU everytime!
The same image which loads in W10 in a single click take a while to load in W11!
Maybe it’s preview build issue! But still I believe, unless you are not the techie one to try out new things, be on the latest stable W10 build.

There are tpm workaround. Anything older than 8th gen won’t be able to run windows 11 as per the link you shared
