Wipro warranty issue

Hello,
Anyone know how to claim Wipro bulb warranty because I was purchased a smart led bulb which was not working within 6 months.

I had bought before the lockdown… You have to call their customer care….They provide me some officer number who was mumbai baSed…. He gave me a mobile number of the local person in city to contact…

But the experience was really really worst…. It’s better to buy these items from local shops…

They give to worst excuses…And told me that you had bought 10watt from online and wipro will give you 9watt in warranty claim… Then after this issue ….They will give you a particular shop details ….Customer have to visit their… i had visited one…and then the shop owner denied it… and then I again called him the local guy represent wipro….he told other shop’s address….I had visited there….And then also
…No guarantee you will successfully get the replaced one… Apart from this…

In my case I got the shop details to replace the…..Commuting charges was much more than the cost of bulb…..

Around couple of years back, 1 of my wipro led bulb got fused. As it’s in warranty i contacted them through there website. They asked to share flipkart bill, after it they arranged pickup of product from my address and once it reached to them they shipped brand new bulb as replacement.

You are right bro, they provided me a local person who refused to exchange 3 times always saying 7 watt bulb not available and saying when available he was call me.

Email this response to wipro customer care once again….Tell them they should not deny the warranty….

I will report this matter to consumer court….For refusal of the warranty…


If they don’t have 7watt then then have to give me 9 watt.. I could not stand with the seller on this…


Also then call them and mention the same that you have emailed them and expecting the written reply…


I will have to file petition in the consumer forum as you or local person is denying the warranty




And see their reactions…
