Won Flipkart voucher worth 1k & now I can’t participate

I won 1k voucher of flipkart and from the very next day, all the games videos on my mobile comes in 3 different screens like they have been spilt. My id works perfectly in other phones and I am able to play all kind of videos without any issue. I have reinstalled the fk app again also, without any luck. Has anyone faced an issue like this?

Simply uninstall & install fk again. Then login with a different mobile number, it will work & then re-login with your old number

I have already done this. The only game which I am able to play is “daam sahi hai”. Rest all the games are coming up in 3 parts.
