Woohoo elite gcs bought on Snapdeal showing zero balance

All 5 gcs showing zero balance.. 
When I contacted woohoo cc, they told gcs were redeemed on 2nd December.. But I never redeemed them..

Maybe they have blocked it due to incomplete KYC. As you purchased Rs50000 GV.

My bad.. I bought 5 gcs each worth 2k.. Total 10k.. In tension, I mentioned as each 10k in description.. I didn’t realize until u mentioned 50k… Anyways corrected now..

No bro… I raised complaint with Snapdeal.. They r saying something suspicious as all gvs showing zero balance… They said they escalated the issue and get back to me in 48hrs
Guys beware. I know a person who lost 2 lakh plus in this fraud. There is something fishy for all the GVS bought through snapdeal. One of my online friend lost 63000 Rs
@skaluva many were facing this problem and lost money.

If anyone buying digital cards in snapdeal, immidiatly redeem in your account after email delivery, if you forgot to add within 5 mins, then your gift cards will be gone to other’s pocket.

These gift cards which I received is able to add in my woohoo account,that means no other account added and used it?
Then where is the balance gone?
If someone used then when try to add in wohoo, it will shows already added in another account, correct?
May be they are not loaded yet or not activated yet. Talk to CC

Even 7 months back, I bought big amount of GVs from Snapdeal. But, fortunately was aware of this fraud, so did redeem within 1 min of getting GV. Snapdeal is full of bugs. hacker was sending request for GVs as soon as he got woohoo order id from snapdeal. So, that time we used to get another email from snapdeal without requesting from ourside. This is the time hacker was trying to steal our GVs.

snapdeal agent called and he confessed all that it happend to me is very sorry and directed me to go to cyber police. woohoo told it is not purchased from them so contact snapdeal.

Well just take it as a lesson for future, never buy thousands in worth of gift cards for any thing no matter how attractive the loot offer seems & especially from 3rd party sites/sellers(so buy amazon GV from amazon,paytm GV from paytm etc). Something similar happens regularly to people in stock market too where to earn a profit of 2-3k they end up losing 10 times of that amount later.
OMG.. there are many dimers suffered like me.. i lost 10K.. never able to recover single penny from SD/woohoo till now.. i learnt lesson and moved away….
decided not to buy anything from SD.. i dont understand why SD is not able to take action if these many are complaining?? stupid Snapdeal .. hope these guys go to HELL/JAIL soon…
