I tried purchasing an Amazon voucher worth 10K, money was deducted and then I was asked to share an ID proof to get the voucher details. I asked if a customer is not comfortable in share the ID then what happens? On that I was told that the voucher is not issued and money is returned. In my case its been over a month and several calls but still money is not refunded, every time I get a same response that there is some issue in the payment gateway and we are looking into it. Now it seems to be a fraud to me as there is no concrete response and what on earth would take a month to return the money? So wanted to alert others to stay away from such fraudsters.

Never trust such websites for big amounts.
Zingoy did same thing with me.
But I have not shared ID proof and they had to refund the amount.
