woohoo.in refund timeline / complaints solving time

I have purchased pine perks gift card  1000×3 (3000) in one transaction. Money deducted from bank but transaction failed saying we are unable to generate your gift card……. . But not received refund. After waiting a day complaint over call but always music plays 3-5 mins and call disconnected. Then Sent mail but now 4 days no reply. Yesterday again sended mail. But still no response over call or email. Anyone faced similar issue?
