Hi guys happy mental health day. October 10 luckily came Sunday this time.
Give us tips you follow to keep sane and stress free. Thoughts on what is important for a balanced mind and body.

Mental health is not a taboo, everyone should be able to speak about it and take help if needed. (I'm not saying one should talk about it here.)
We are milking millions of dollars from US, because almost half of the psychiatrist there are indians
Simone biles has bailed out of few medal events with winning prospects citing mental health, she would have been mocked to death had it been here.
Even great athletes, swimmers like Michael pelphs suffered depression. It can affect anyone in any position.
There were so many beautiful girls n boys. Wandering eyes were seeking them out. Until she came into the picture. Now everyone’s eyes were on her. Everyone was staring at her. But the intent was so different. Some stared at her with disgust, some stared at her with sympathy/empathy and there were some, who stared at her with indifference. She abused anyone who tried to feed her/give a good dress to her. She was scolding govt, nincompoop sons and daughters, poverty in many places and riches in a few places. Nobody could reply to her questions. The elderly person has a lot of things but there is noone who can take care of her.
I clicked this photo right now. I always happen to be present at the unfortunate moments of life. Maybe I observe a life bit more sincerely than others do. Whatever, I always try to help people as much as possible. But most of the time I feel helpless.
Mental help is of utmost importance. Body is the hardware, the way our brain operates is the firmware. And inorder to bring some changes in the firmware, external help has to be applied. The name highly metaphoric talks about the breading process of Turtles. They lay eggs on shores creating a safe environment for their to be born children and head back to the ocean. Their children then have to find their way in their world but they don’t really meet their mother ever and that is how their ecosystem functions.

Overthinking is major cause of Stress/Anxiety/Depression.
1) Control overthinking
2) 15-20 Mins Mediation Early morning
3) Excercise 30 mins (Stress buster)
4) Alter breathing habits to Belly breathing
5) Find cause of Stress/Depression and do everything to eradicate. If possible take help.
6) Stay hydrated
7) Be positive
This will greatly reduce stress and will keep it at bay.

Unfortunately some people still think that people have a control over their mental illness. It’s very easy to visualise things like that. But only the patient and his/her relatives know the severity of the situation. Fortunately doctors and therapists are doing a marvelous job at treating these illnesses. And people should understand that patients have not fallen into these conditions wantonly. People will say obsession is bad. Over obsession is bad. Bill Gates, Elon Musk etc are hardcore obsessive people. Our body operates in a range. Our social behaviour also operate within a range. When something go beyond a range then trouble comes. And blaming the patient is really unwise. Relatives of the person give reasons for the misfortune of the patient which is really really unfair. Tons of people go through that phase and turn out okay. Some don’t. Those who don’t are not a problem. That’s why medications and age old Yoga, meditation are there.
How to manage mental illness?
No matter how educated the person might be. No matter how much information the person might have. The patient is actually helpless in this condition. A simple analogy will be, fire burns body. I won’t lit a fire and put my hands on it. Obviously I ll scream in pain. If I have some other thoughts then that case is different. Majority of people understand that if you touch fire you ll have pay the price. But when it becomes mental illness then one doesn’t know. Society doesn’t help. If you don’t act as per norms, people will mock at you. They think that if they do this they are doing for your good. No it’s not. You give tons of gyan to a mad man, can that person understand? One has to be able to understand things. In school kids always pick at the odd kids. Bullying is supported by the society. But what about people who don’t make the cut? They become ostracized. People mock them. They are labelled as obsessive, morons, dumb fellas etc. The patient may or may not react to such cases. Tragedy happens when the patient falls into that trap and starts self-sabotaging. It’s a brutal brutal thing. And literally nobody shoes a tiny bit of sympathy. Later people tell their kids to not to be losers like them. It’s a sad sad affair. And I am so angry right now. If some deteriorate from that weirdo state then people start torturing them verbally n physically. It’s high time that people should understand these things.
