I hope you would agree that we all are humans and any human can commit mistake, so did our seller by uploading the products at Zero price in a bulk upload format. It was a technical error (as our website doesnot stop Rs. Zero products to be listed on our website) & we accepted our mistake and thereafter we not only apologized to you but also tried to compensate for the inconvenience caused to you. We offered you inconvenience voucher of Rs. 299.
Also how often do you recollect seeing a product price as Zero at High5Store? or find any marketing banner on High5Store that we are running a Zero price promotion of the products? As we have repeatedly informed you, only that particular seller’s Rakhis product price happened to be uploaded as Rs 0 (Zero) for the only one collection which they uploaded that day before you placed the order. Still you repeatedly mentioned on the email that we did that as marketing gimmick and also you shared the same on Internet. This incorrect assumptions may misguide other users. (Ref to your words in the mail sent on 4th Aug, 2015 as “Look if I assemble all the proofs then it is confirm that you guys have develop a new trick to collect the original data (Name, Mobile Number, Email Id, Address etc.)”
We do understand that you are taking us wrongly and thinking that we are a fraud company. We have tried our best to make you understand our Innocence in this matter, but we have failed to convince you. But is it justifiable that you misguide other customers & users based on your wrong assumptions? How will you take your words back when you realize that we were Right from the beginning?
We expect our genuine customers to make us aware of any issue they face like this. In such a scenario, we would have rectified the issue before you placed the order. By doing that, we could have avoided this scenario.
Also you have mentioned on social media sites that we have not replied to 10 of your emails. But as per our records, you have only emailed us 5 times.

So we are unhappy that you are not appreciating the time we take to timely reply to your emails. Also you are incorrectly claiming that we have never replied you which is incorrect. You were communicated that the customer care executive will revert in 24 to 48 hours on the query raised. (Ref to your post made on Google+, trustedcompany.com, mouthshut.com, Desidime.com on 5 Aug 2015, as “I have sent more than 10 mails but they never replied me”)
As we checked our records, you have placed only 1 order with your email id on 3rd August 2015. The one product which you have placed was not delivered to you until 7th August as per tracking records on DTDC. However you have made incorrect comments on various social media channels & websites that the product quality is worst quality. How are you able to judge the quality of the products even before receiving it? We are unable to understand that.(Ref to your post made on Google+, trustedcompany.com, mouthshut.com, Desidime.com, Facebook on 5 Aug 2015 and on Twitter on 7 Aug 2015, “WORSE QUALITY PRODUCT AND WORST COMPANY”)
You have also mentioned couple of times on email and also on social media that we have leaked your information (email, mobile number, etc) to others. But to whom? We would like to know. Or else you are simply sharing incorrect information with others and creating a incorrect opinion about High5Store in the minds of the customer.(Ref to your post made on Google+, trustedcompany.com, mouthshut.com, Desidime.com on 5 Aug 2015, “They only store your personal information like Email ID, Number, Address and they sell your data to another website.”)
In continuation on the above point, you have placed order of 7 products. Of the 7 products, there were 6 products with 0 pricing issue & one product which was not Rs 0 and has been already shipped to you. For any order to be placed and delivered to you, we need your email id for registration and sending you mails on order confirmation and sharing other order related information. We need your address to deliver the order. We need your mobile number to call you if noone is available at your address or sharing any information. This has been clearly mentioned in our Privacy Policy. Hence even for 1 order or 1 product, we would require your details. Also placing an order with us is an individual’s choice & we have never persuaded you to place an order with us. (Ref to your post made on Google+, trustedcompany.com, mouthshut.com, Desidime.com on 5 Aug 2015, “They only store your personal information like Email ID, Number, Address and they sell your data to another website. FRAUD PROCESS”)
If you have any issue with us maintaining your details, we would delete the same from our system on your instruction. However we have not received any such instruction so far. Also on your email dated 7th August, you have asked us to pay you for your details on our database. We hope you would be aware that sharing information on our website was your individual choice and we have never persuaded you to do so.(Ref to your words in the mail sent on 7 Aug, 2015 second line as "You guys have stolen my real identity (Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Address etc.)so you have to pay for it. Last line as “It was very bad to hear that you guys has given me inconvenience voucher of Rs 299. Is this your real value? Only 299?”)
We understand that you may have wrong opinion about us due to inconvenience caused to you. And as any customer, you have the right to raise your voice anywhere you feel like, but let us speak the truth and only the truth. Let us not share information that has never happened or is just an assumption. If it is an assumption, let us clearly say that it is an assumption instead of framing incorrectly as truth.
I hope you would value our words and kindly avoid sharing any more incorrect information on Internet about us.
