Deal Newbie

I bought a Croma Washing machine which is under warranty. No one is bothered about the services to the customer. The spares are never available in the godown or workshop. If any part is faulty it takes around a month to replace the parts. Very poor communication. They think that we are stupid sitting out here. I lodged a complaint on the 26th of Dec 2019 the engineer visited my place on 28th. He checked the parts and said the motor has to be replaced, he said in 4-5 days the parts will be replaced. They didn’t turn back till I complained to customer care yesterday(13th Jan 2020). Immediately after I complained I get a call from a girl saying Sir, your part is ready and we are trying to call you on both of your numbers but we could not get through and once visited to your place but the door was locked.(My home is never locked. My mom is always there at home). Please do not buy any of Croma’s products to avoid inconveniences. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
