Worst experience from flipkart
Ordered a basic GREY color smartwatch from flipkart for a worth about 1.5k.. that too its a OBD (Open box delivery).while opening the box i was shocked, Received BLACK color watch and i have contacted flipkart customer service immediately, they simply said reject the delivery and place a new order😥..
Never expected this response from them.. And without second thought i have rejected the delivery.. My all offers combined with paytm got wasted. Now i need to wait for their refund😒😔
My second poor experience from flipkart in this month itself. Previous one was gillete razor which came without seal and a year old product with no return option. I HAVE REALLY LOST TRUST ON THEM.
Pls avoid flipkart especially in these festive season, else you need to adjust with whatever you received from them.

Happened with my friend. Ordered iphone 13 at 51K.. Rcvd scratched phone. Fk said not to accept delivery n hence he was forced to buy at 59K

I have not mean like that.. Why dont they create issue ticket and arrange for a right product to re-deliver ? They're simply asking to cancel the order and place a fresh order.

No customer care people itself said, you wont get return option, since you're acknowledging yourself as everthing is perfect as per order in OpenBoxDelivery. You will get error in return window and they wont accept the return.

That's what im saying.. After accepting it, i cannot able to create a replacement request. Since product color varient comes under "product mismatch category", so they have already mentioned in OBD TnC that you cannot able to create replacement request if it is a product mismatch category, since you're conforming you have received right product in right color and in right condition. (Same thing was shared by flipkart customer support team)

If u requested for replacements also they will give another grey colorwatch.
They may have done it by mistake.

Well said and this is what i have expected..! Was my decision correct ?
created multiple request to customer care and nothing happened.. everyone keep on giving me dates of next 5 days.. on 11th I thought i would cancel the order.. buy strangely they say.. we can't cancel the order.. i was very shocked to see and called CC. They don't have any answer and just created a ticket with resolution date after 5 days.. meanwhile i have one known in ekart logistics.. he told me that might be possible your order theft by some delivery executive..
But finally after multiple calls.. product was cancelled on 14th.. and refund initiated..
Meanwhile I got from flipkart they said cancel and reorder.. so ordered again on 10th Oct in 58k with a exchange phone value of 3800.. again the product goes out for delivery twice and not getting delivered..
Finally the delivery guy appeared on 14th.. he took my almost 0 dents and scratch phone. And filled in his app that phone has scratches and dent and value my phone around 1600.. i argued with him and also let him talk with my known in ekart . But the delivery was some suspicious because he wasn't able to tell his team name or manager name to him..
Later on he asked 1000 rs bribe for the phone.. and agreed on 300.. now the exchange phone was become all good and valued again 3800..
That was my worst ever experience i ever have in my online shopping..
Strangely i complaint this on twitter regarding this bribe. And they told me that a copy pasted line that exchange value is given after phone evaluation.. we can't do anything 🤣🤣

Amazon, Flipkart they're all same now. With Open box deliveries, at least we won't get blamed for wrong product deliveries (In the case of amazon, account specialist decides the guilt based on our previous returnss/replacements 😞)
These days Flipkart's offers with Slice card are also broken. A few days ago, 10% off using Supercoins was showing in the SLICE app (not as a Spark though). But no way to actually redeem using Supercoins on Flipkart like earlier how it used to work (instant discount as soon as we selected Slice card for payment). Asked tech support of both. Slice washed their hands and said this is a Flipkart issue, Flipkart said this is a Slice issue.
A few days later, this time, ON FLIPKART I saw again for another product, 10% off using Supercoins with SLICE card. At that time, the offer shown in Slice had disappeared I again sent screenshot to Slice and Flipkart both asking about it. Slice said, "no such offer, Flipkart is showing incorrect offer" 😱, Flipkart said to contact Slice.
Seriously wtf is going on?
Sorry OP if you feel offended, but this is an over reaction. You got an incorrect product delivered, raised a complaint and got a refund. What's so wrong with that? I don't think FK is perfect (heck I have had some not-so-great experiences) but their OBD is much better than the so called delivery model of Amazon or any other e-com player.

If anyone has a long pending issue (1 month +) with some high value order (like iPhones, Laptops), i can try to get it escalated internally, but overdoing will again do more bad than good
