Opened Account Online on 14 August: Indus delite & deposited Rs 25590 & applied delite Debit card Which charges Rs 590.
After 3 days received call from indusind customer support & they was trying to make me fool & wanted to Issue me a premium card which charges 5K but the didn't mention charges but at last final confirmation team told me charges....& After that my reaction:😳
They dispatched welcome kit on 18 August via Speed Post but it's not Speed Post it's slow post, parcel showing Dispatched since 19 August so today I contacted customer support regarding it but she wanted to issue me premium card & immediately blocked my debit card without my confirmation😕
I disconnected the call & again called to unblock my debit card but she was also trying to issue premium debit but I clearly told need only Basic card but she told me your address mismatch (due to paytm full kyc my City name showing Noida & also I am not able to do full kyc)
In shorts:
:25K + 10K stuck
:Not able to do full KYC showing you have already completed or you don't need full KYC (issue due to Paytm Bank account)
: No debit card/ Welcome kit received
:Not able to set UPI pin showing aadhar not registered but whenever I am trying to link aadhar online in account it's showing aadhar already registered
: Worst customer support 😤

But it's showing aadhar not registered😕 & I was trying to do FD on January month but didn't process it so due to this issue I was not able to open account so first I did 10K FD then I was able to open saving account...now I want to withdraw all my funds from this worst bank.....Such Main Kachra Bank Hai.... Well for me, it was smooth experience, executive came home and account was opened next day. Initial cheque of 25k and gave me own choice account number. Too impressed by there service.

Without aadhar card details, Bank account can't be opened right! Aas-pass wle cafe me jaake try kijiye paise nikalne ko.

Maybe you have opened AMB Maintain Account but I have opened Zero Balance Account Which Can be opened only online mode,I live on rural area where no one wants to visit for banking services... Indusind Bank Customer Support Is Worst.... whenever I Contacted regarding my issue They always tried to sell premium card.

They send it on 18 August....more than 10 days passed but its not moving from current location.... that's why I called customer support & she oversmart lady immediately blocked my DC without my confirmation & she wanted to Issue me premium card.

I have an Indusind savings bank account for 2 years now, did lot of transactions in two years. Since, my address is unserviceable, I did not receive any pre-approved credit card offer.
Now, if you apply any indusind credit card by giving any serviceable area address, the application gets rejected as it pickups address from the savings account and finally application is rejected.

Bhai I know that, tried multiple times & application instantly rejected....& Also if you have Paytm payment Bank account your IndusInd Bank cc application instantly rejected.... I read it on tecnofino website........ I opened account online but I don't need full KYC because I have Paytm payment Bank account..... it's confirmed via customer support...... Today I visited branch & bank employee also trying to issue premium DC....when I told him for issuing Basic DC....He denied it & told me.....card need to apply with full KYC process.... it's compulsory.... I don't have any option so at last I agreed with Rs 2500+GST wala card because He mentioned I would get Rs 2500 Vouchers (70% redeemble against Apay/FK).....He called few minutes ago & told your CDD updation rejected due to photo issue.... I told him please check carefully I give coloured passport size photo.....then He told....oooo sorry.... I will upload photo again......guys branch nearly 45KM from my home town..... I want to withdraw my 35K in any circumstances.....🥺 (zindagi main musibat mere piche nhi aati main khud musibato ko dhund leta hu)

Send an email as Complaint and mention everything in detail. If u did not get satisfactory response file a complaint with RBI Ombudsman

Many times India Post website doesn't show correct current status. Happened with me many times. If the you know the postman in your area, you can ask l him when he is moving around OR visit post office and check.

Yes Bhai I know postman, Wo mere ko personally jaante hai... isliye koi bhi mere naam se parcel ho to directly call kar dete hai.... Kyunki mera kuch n kuch aata rahta hai Post office se...phir bhi ek baar kal ek baar puch leta hu unko....
