Worst Refund Policies of Pepperfry

Worst rules of Refund Policies which are not useful to the customers. Recently purchased an Ergonomic chair from Pepperfry, after getting the product, I feel its not comfortable and fit for me. I tried to return for replacement and also tried to return for refund, the Pepperfry utterly rejected my requests, the product is good in their view. Not bothering about customers at all. Its very bad to buy a product from Pepperfry. Please don't buy any product from this site, if you book a product then you are enough stuck, you can cancel/return/no refund for the product.
