I have ordered 2 dresses from Myntra in which the size was not fitting me after trying it,so I requested for return n exchange but this guys are taking hell lot of time to take the product or exchange the product,I called up the customer service..they give bloody excuses but no body has come till now to pick up or deliver the product ….pathetic service.

Would strongly recommend not to buy from myntra

Totally agree with you. Myntra’s one of the worst logistic team out there. Maybe they train their team to be pathetic. Haven’t met such pathetic courier persons in so many years of shopping online. Couldn’t say customer care is worst because then there are mobidick, snakedeal customer care as well. Anyways ordered on myntra after 4-5 years and i don’t think will do again in next few years.
