Worst service of croma on extended warranty. I raised a service request on 28/11/22. Every day they are telling stories with out providing service. Don't go for Croma for any products

Croma is a very neglected store in providing services which are under extended warranty. I'm facing problem from 29/11/22 for getting repairs to Microwave oven which is under extended warranty. These people are so neglected towards customers.

This extended service is provided by croma or brand itself? If it is from croma, then it means until manufacturer warranty brand will see for repairs and after that croma technician will see?
I am thinking of buying a extended warranty from flipkart, they have JEEVES as their service partner

extended wrnty is scam, I got for Voltas Dishwasher they used to close service request saying that I did not report them within 10hrs of break down of machine...etc all stories finally I stopped pursuing
