They are just providing there internal Tranaction id and saying it is successful ..whereas in the BBPS[Bharat bill payment system] or the dish tv system no such transaction id exist ….Can anyone tell me how to get the BBPS Transaction id from them ..they are morons .

Even I tried and complained a lot but finally failed to get invoice details for Power bill paid.
Their technical team though understood my issue but could not get details.
Issue:paid power bill thru Thx app and its not there anywhere in history or app, wanted invoice just in case bill payment not successful.
