No garuntee your product will return or get excahnge as app itself never work or instead of havig all tags delivery boy will ask for some EAN number and deny to accept
Here customer care will also not help. Worst customer care service faced ever
Late delivery like some time product will be delivered with 25 days of delay after the last delivery date

Same issue with me also . I also created return request for a shirt bought from ajio . They send shadowfax courier guy to take return item. He refused due to article no mismatch issue. I contacted cc of ajio. They asked me to make fresh return request. Now this time without even coming to location he marked return attempted and same article mismatch issue . Pls sum1 can help . I already contacted cc via email . Waiting for reply.. any higher authority email or no to contact AJIO pls help
