Recently i find out there is a big industry where people have to order certain products from Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, first cry, Myntra. product links are given by mediators and after you go the products you have to write a positive reviews after 4-5 days and when return periods is over you have to fill up a refund form where you have to share review links, return over SS, delivery SS and rating SS after that 1 month you get full refund or 70-80 % money back. It's not necessary you will get money back every time many are fraud mediators too. they will not give you any refund. so, if anyone doing it please stop it before your money stuck in it.
Whoever brands new product or new company added those are in fake review. many popular brands are involved in these review game like boat, portronics, Mivi, ptron.. etc. and mostly reviews are fake only on ecommerce. when a new seller or new product come in market they need positive reviews.
beware about reviews and mostly reviews are fake only.
These are some post which you get in groups... In DD we talk about loot deals but in review deal all is loot only in exchange of fake reviews.

it has become common nowadays. even tech influencers are taking money for food reviews.
mhm good to learn this:) interesting awareness
VU+ for many to learn this:)
Nothing new
Seeing this from years 🤣🤣
yeah , i too came to know just recently... Now we can't believe all those 5 star reviews...
And what will you say about these facebook groups?
Its been for ages. I have ordered 2-3 products 6-7 years ago and still using them.
I usually thought cheap brand go for this method. Recently brought Sony TV, the installtion guy forced me to leave a 5 star review on amazon.in. He is forced to submit the 5 star review screenshot to his supervisor. Then I checked flipkart and Amazon I amazed to see entire Sony TV portfolio have 5 star review.
It's happening for all reputed brands .
name and shame
Positive dekar maine 50 cb liya hai many times by sellers from Amazon and Flipkart.. jab mil gaye 1 star yaad karke deta hu to doing fraud in review. Kai baar to paper me likha aata hai give 5 star get 100 off.
They ask for negative review as well, rest process is same
Even the biggest companies do this for positive promotion.
Tip: If a product has fewer reviews, say less than 15, check the dates of the reviews. If all reviews fall within a short timeframe, such as 7 days or 2 weeks, they may be biased, like reviews being posted back-to-back days.
This doesn't necessarily indicate a poor-quality product; it could simply mean that the seller has invested extra money to gain a competitive edge in the market. This practice is a fundamental aspect of the economy, akin to advertising but with additional benefits.
Large brands like Boat and Ptron have substantial budgets, allowing them to blend paid 5-star reviews with organic ones, making them harder to distinguish.
However, these brands offer good value for money and reliable after-sales service, which is crucial, particularly the after-sales support. The challenge arises because most people tend to rely on average reviews, while experienced shoppers can spot these discrepancies.
Typically, it's the newcomers to online shopping who are more likely to fall into this trap.
The only good thing is thankfully "boat, portronics, Mivi, ptron.. etc." make such amazing audio products among other products. Boat TWS, neckband, headphones have the finest sound tuning which ace music composers, producers, arrangers etc., the likes of John Williams, Hans Zimmer, James Horner, A R Rahman uses in the studio for production and mixing. I am sure Boat, the acronym for "BEST OF ALL TIME", does not need any of these positive reviews, it is their CSR initiative to help poor Indian reviewers.
/sarcasm
All these China imported marketing brands which built their businesses by branding white-label Alibaba products to Indian consumers are responsible for unbelievable amount of e-waste and a race-to-bottom in every product category they have entered. In my childhood, Philips, Sony were the only recognized audio products, Casio sold electronic watches and 30-35 years later (yes, I am quite old) they are still so much better than these disingenuous companies targeting today's youth.
Really sorry for cribbing.
i have to file a complain more than 15 times and after like 8 hrs of total call conversation they sent a replacement that is also faulty.
buy Boat products if they give it for free else local brands works good in that amount of money.
Many scams happen first lure u then make u deposit for more offer etc and ppl loot. Many complaints happen.
But amazon sellers do like send u ad with product review and get 50/100//200 such ppl send u gpay.. Many such happen for sure.
Nothing new. This is been in every industry and even insiders and so called Instagram influencer promote products by getting money. Brands also pay them so that their product gets popular.
Every item be it phone, laptop, clothing or even PVR cinemas everything is rigged.
So buy at your own research and risk.
I usually use https://www.fakespo...m/ to verify whether the reviews are fake or not.
Dimers is there any way to expose this kind of fake review market ?
can provide proofs to news channels.
Every commerce platform knows this. Lol reviews and ratings are not the buying criteria in 2024. Every company promotes themselves be it ethical or unethical.
Fakespot review analyzer may be used to check authenticity of the reviews.
I want iphone 15 pro Max free.
It's very big issue with Indian
Ssssshhhhhhhh
These days everything is fake
Nothing new
