Wrong calculation of Axis ace rewards

They have silently changed terms and conditions. Check axis website.

For 140 spend cb is 140*0.02=2.8 rounding down to 2 rs

For 160 spend cb is 160*0.02=3.2 rounding down to 3 rs

Yes they did the same for the Flipkart axis Bank card also.

Even HDFC has also silently changed this and rounding off the cashback.

I almost lost rs. 100 by this rounding off method.

I also want to complain. If anyone knows where to complain please write here.

Seems to be fine for me. Statement date Sep 15

Youtube premium Rs 189 => 3.78 => 4

Netflic basic Rs 199=> 3.98 => 4

Swiggy Rs 820 => 32.8 => 33

For Axis ace first year we will have both Joining fees and annual fees? Or annual fees starts from 2nd year?
