It should be credited by now or by end of day today to the credit account.. If not, follow up with customer support of payzapp

On 14th August 2023 I made a payment for rupees 17,650 for my axis bank credit card through payzapp app of hdfc bank. While paying the app only asked for the card number which I most probabbly entered correctly but after successful transaction the money was not credited to my credit card account even after 2 working days.I doubt whether by mistake I entered wrong credit card no. I even am not able confirm it as the payment history only shows the last 4 digit of card and not the full card no. What should I do to get my money back.
