WTC India Vs Australia Match poised evenly

If Pant would have been there at no.7 , australia would have already started fearing.

This partnership needs to grind another one session and then take forward the game.

Not evenly. If we had Pant & Ashwin to add more strength to our lower middle order then it'd have been an even position. Since the past couple of years our middle & lower middle order have been the backbone of our batting but unfortunately in the absence of Pant & Ashwin it looks a little wobbly unless Kohli & Rahane forge a good partnership and see us through at least the entire first session tomorrow. Weather forecast also doesn't indicate any chances of rain tomorrow so we will probably be seeing a result.

Test match & 4th innings.. Never trust a chasing side...2-3wickets in cluster & situation will change drastically. Cricket being a conditions-dependant sport, all depends on conditions & pitch behaviour tomorrow...If pitch remains good for batting alike today there's definte chance or else no chance at all.

There has been a big improvement in batting conditions all around the world(outside india) on 4/5th day of test matches for last 2years.

Barring the Brisbane miracle India's performance in 4th innings chases has been really bad in the last several years. Although the pitch seems to have quitened down a bit. I won't be surprised if both the overnight batters especially Rahane  get out shortly after resumption of play cause that has been the pattern for quite a while now.

Also pitch is more bowler friendly in 1st session as compared to 3rd session.

Batters should be patient and watchfull for first one hour of play tomorrow morning don't try any orthodox shots
