Current hathras situation is totally political and everyone want to utilise this opportunity in his vote bank / popularity.
Due to self motive only most of the leaders eirher speaks or mum.
But i am happy to see such agitation so that our indian laws reform / upgrade / harsh against rapist which is very needed in cureent or upcoming years / decade.
I see hathras situation as a great govt-sponsored facilitation to criminals.
Entire govt machinery putting all-possible efforts to hush-up the case and shut-up the victim/family.
Criminals are having the best days of their lives in UP.

Last time India woke up for women’s safety (2012 Nirbhaya case) we got some legal reforms.

I don’t know how many more girls and women have to be sacrifice on the alter of “Blind Justice System” to get an effective corruption free Legal system. 
Untill we fight for each sister without considering religion caste state or governmemt things will not change easily.
Thankfully during nirbhaya case the government wasn’t of bjp otherwise her case would also have been the same like hathras case. That fool cm immediately burnt the girl’s body in midnight after knowing the fact that her case had started getting spark. Same day declared hathras a containment zone (which was nearly green zone at that time) and imposed 144 in whole Hathras. Also the village of the girl is still locked like curfew and nobody is allowed to meet them(girl family). No media nobody.. worst era of politics but still bhakts would be like no rape was done, the girl was lieing. I also doubt how she immediately died after refering to another hospital as she was alive for more than 25 days from incident and saw few videos where she was speaking to media in early days.. One more thing whole u.p. is burning but still no words from 56 inch man..

Good video but the thing is, it will never work in India where education system itself is rotten to the core(pay x amount of money & get the degree for voter eligibility). In fact I ask you to take a look at a fictional novel “Starship Troopers”(movie is kind of masala version of novel though quite entertaining in its own way) which has quite an interesting system of solving this franchise issue(of course just as reference as it has fascist overtone, you will know once you read it. a few pages in the start are enough).

If only UP Govt had used police forces to focus on law and order in the state instead of preventing the opposition parties from visiting Hathras, those heinous crimes would not happen there every day.
Why has CBI still not registered an FIR yet on the Hathras horror? Central govt showed too much urgency to direct CBI to register a case on the bogus SSR suicide just for the sake of Bihar election. In our country attention seekers like Kangana can be given Y+ Security but not the victims’ family who is being threatened.
Before forming a concrete opinion about everything, let’s just wait for the report of investigating agencies.
