Most probably the steps will be mentioned in the KIT. You will get a sign up website to track the card details as well as load the money.

How to reload this card? Could be a good alternative of TMW for using it with SBI SimplyClick. TWW seems has no intention of doing business. Otherwise, who shutdown their wallet for this long time in the name of upgrade.
no idea, waiting for Youfirst Federal bank RuPay Gift card launch.
Today I got call from youfirst and they asked me to send kyc documents in mail as this is a reloadable card. Once kyc is approved then only they will dispatch.
amex not accepting.. 
They are asking 295 as activation charge plus kyc. 
told them, send you Federal bank RuPay gift card instead for GRP card.
295 + shipping charges not worth now.

recieved cards but asking 6digit pin. they sent only 4digit pin…………
