The art of bargaining has been murdered mercilessly
Yes its irritating particularly from safety and time perspective, but shopping and parting with our hhard earned money made people venture out of their comfort zones.
Yes, branded items with a fixed MRP can be bought online
Majority of our daily requirements can be fulilled with non-branded one
Logic is, if we know the quality of materials( Eg clothes) and bargain as per the market rate (which can be attained by market visit only), quesstion is,
What is the need to rely on over-priced braned ones???
I can only say now spending is far too easy than earning!!!

My last offline bargaining was with Reshma, last week.
She said 400₹ minimum.
I said; will pay 500₹. What all would you do?
Reshma said: For ₹500 I will do everything.
But I cannot be so inhumane as to make her do ‘everything’.
So only tasked her with washing utensils and clothes.. for whole of February.. at just ₹500.👍🏼
And for floor cleaning, mopping and dusting… we are still on the lookout for a domestic help.
(Our previous one went to their hometown. Said some election duty😔).
For some reason, Reshma hasn’t been too happy with this ‘deal’. She keeps cribbing: ‘this is not what I meant’.
Don’t know what she meant.🙄
Seems like some misunderstanding, but who cares.
Utensils are sparkling clean and delicate clothes too get proper handwashing.
How is that a bargain ? You could have got the same for 400 only or maybe less; why spend the extra 100 ? Just for humane condition… Tenga bhai ki threads ka galat fayda uthaya jaa raha hai !!!
I rarely bargain. 🙂🙂 These days margins are thinner, I feel guilty 🥺🥺🥺
500-1000% retrns in BSE NSE
u r special
Its for the Mango People
Still, if u r confident of the price no bargaing needed!!
N some shop keepers judge people and quote their price
Bought a dress for 350, shopkeeper quoted ₹580.
When a Shopkeeper says Aapko Jayda Nahi lagayenge
Deep Inside he mean “Chuna”
Offline, I bought Saffola, 5+1 ltr, for 1140₹ while price was 1200₹. Aashirwad aata 10kg for 320₹ while price was 390₹
Aashirwad Aata (base variant) comes at ~360Rs on Amazon pantry; club with 10% instant discount that runs during the monthly offer (1st of week of month), and then a 10% CB via affiliate like grabdeals; comes to ~290Rs (and sometimes there’s some 200 off on 1.5/2K pantry offers too, so add another 10% off then); however obviously though you need to buy stuff of around ~2.5K minimum to get the bank discount offer; good deal if you plan your grocery shopping at each month start;
Horn-ed people see the world with their horns infront of their eyes. Like a Horn-ed view to everything, thhinking from their Horns
@NFT.asset.creation If u paid 500 for 1 day, its at more than at par.
500 for a month is exploitation and blackmailing
Yesterday.
I always buy vegetables from sabzimandi ,Fresh and personally select good quality ,its also cost effective rather than online fruits and veggies. For Grocery also i compare online and offline and Selectively buy both place .
For other stuffs which are available online – offline both ,i try in shops with bargain first and at times bluntly quote online price to strike bargain .
Mostly offline purchases with keeping track of online prices and then strike deals.
