Tweaking youtube will be pain from now on ... everytime new scripts come , they  find a solution for it ... and the cycle keeps going on 

Wait for a month tops for a solution by the ad blockers

There is a trick to block ads without using ad blockers.

When you see any ad, just close your eyes and ears until the ad ends

It trick mai ek problem hai.
We will need to open eye / ears to know when the ad is over

Google tried everything possible to show ads as if they were videos and failed.

Hence they have now decided instead to detect ad blockers and force the users to see the ads.

Google is looking to get back the revenue they have been losing due to adblockers.

Hightime for brave to introduce the alternative for youtube😘

Using the DNS based adblocker if things went heywire might just start injecting my own ad scripts in place of adsense let's see how it goes.

i am using adguard with unbound, i am using the same setup since last two years it's working fine with 4 custom BLs. Prior adguard i was using pihole but wasn't happy with performance. More power to you.

Well I want to comment something cheeky but someone working in 💩 google/youtube might be lurking here and it'll be not fun anymore for me/and some others 😅
