Zara online refund issue

Hi Guys, I need a suggestion if anyone has faced similar issue with Zara Online. I had returned an order via home pickup and got email from zara confirming that amount has been refunded via NEFT to my account I gave them since the order was payed via cash on delivery. The refund was initiated on 1st Jan 2021 but still not credited to my account. NEFT should have credited that day itself but now its 3 days but no refund yet. I contact bank and they are also not cooperating and asking me to contact the merchant only. Anyone faced similar issues related to refund with Zara Online?

No experience with zara , but usually online refunds to bank take some time, wait for 2-3 business days atleast
It takes 7-8 working days
From my past experience it used to take one day. Lot of complaints on twitter. Not sure how to tackle

Ongoing issue. The same is happening with me!

It should be credited within 3 biz days if in case they really have reversed your transaction.
