ZEBRONICS Smart plug power on State

Most smart plug have an option to set the power on state (on/Off/last state) - however could not find the same for ZEBRONICS ZEB-SP116 16A Smart Plug - which was recently on sale at FK/AMZN - anyone able to find this setting - either in their own app or 3rd party one?

Tried this Tuya app - no option for this either - now wondering if the plug has this feature (hardware?) or not - I would think this is basic requirement for India due to power failure.

Yes, looks like Zebronics' Chinese OEM didn't enable the feature.
