Hello All,

I want to open a zero balance bank account for my dad. We applied for Kotak 811 but they are not sending anyone to complete full KYC. We are not able to add money nor setup UPI with that account for now. Which other alternatives should we look for apart for Kotak 811. We are looking to setup everything online without going to bank. Please suggest.

You will get 1 year time to do full KYC for Kotak 811. Till then you can use it. Idk, what’s problem with your acc.

I am not able to use it bro. I tried to setup UPI it says no account with this number. I tried to add money but it is asking to complete full KYC. I asked them to send someone to complete full KYC they said we will send last week still no one turned up ☹️☹️

Is Paytm Payments bank good to use as primary account?

KOTAK advertised that they are the first Indian bank to introduce digital video KYC.
