There's no existing relationship with bank, got savings account closed years ago but can't open online since Customer ID is still mapped.

Ok and ya nowadays BOB is not allowed to generate virtual DC once physical DC is generated and visible in bob World app.

By the way BOB also issue BPCL Card, this is also RuPay Platinum DC but physical card.

Use 1 virtual BOB RuPay Platinum DC and 1 Physical BPCL RuPay Platinum DC.

How many days does it take to get the welcome kit post opening consisting of chequebook, rupay debit card?. I have opened physically at the branch and have got the passbook.
Also the Bob world app is throwing error for generating either virtual or physical dc so have been informed by cc to visit branch and fill form

The virtual card is visible in bob world app but without CVV. Tried twice by emtering some random CVV number in Amazon , 100 cb on 500 got applied but throws error post OTP validation. Don't know if it's the CVV issue .

Went to the branch but they informed that CVV will never be visible in app due to security issue and I have to wait till physical card delivery. Very absurd security protocols bob has even though 4digit code/finger print authentication is required to log in.

I have seen cc payment getting validated with wrong CVV as they new protocols renin place that no cc or DC can be saved unlike pre tokenisation period?
