If limit on existing SC card is less than 4L, then you can try with a C2C approach, provided you hold another CC with a reasonably high limit, such as 6-7L+. C2C is dicey, though. Having an existing card with 4L+ limit is almost a slam dunk. You can check with an agent, or call the bank CC to enquire about a limit increase. Or you can apply fresh if you meet their internal eligibility criteria, which isn't really well known.

For scb smart joining fee is anyways waived off currently. So apply online for oneplus buds offer. For digi smart oneplus offer is not applicable and there is no concept of joining fee anyways instead it's monthly fee

Had applied for smart on 02.11.2022 but nothing after that no communication no rejection email or sms nothing. If I contact customer care they say shall inform final verdict after full investigation. Lost hope getting it

No Standard Chartered card is really good other than their top end Ultimate card not to mention I have read some horror stories about standard chartered bank's very poor support in case of fraud txns(intl txns done without otp & reported within few hours still bank did nothing) so decided to never apply for this bank's card unless see some solid evidence of their improved customer support in case of fraud txns.
