Rather than sharing our number with him you can share his number with us. Just my thought.

Had applied for smart on 02.11.2022 but nothing after that no communication no rejection email or sms nothing. If I contact customer care they say shall inform final verdict after full investigation. Lost hope getting it
Final Verdict, sound like supreme court judgement

shriAyodhya wrote:If limit on existing SC card is less than 4L, then you can try with a C2C approach, provided you hold another CC with a reasonably high limit, such as 6-7L+. C2C is dicey, though. Having an existing card with 4L+ limit is almost a slam dunk. You can check with an agent, or call the bank CC to enquire about a limit increase. Or you can apply fresh if you meet their internal eligibility criteria, which isn't really well known.
Any way to get sc ultimate if one already hold sc credit card but the limit is less than 4 lakh But meet the eligibility criteria of sc ultimate

I applied last time on their portal but they said i need to close my credit card and then reapply sc ultimate again
I dont want to close LTF SCB cc which i have
shriAyodhya wrote:Ah you want SC ultimate in addition to the LTF SC card you already have? Well, I'm not certain you'll get Ultimate directly. You can apply for a fresh Smart / Digismart / Titanium / Easemytrip card. Those should be easier to get, while holding on to your LTF CC. In case your new card is issued with a limit above 4L, or gets offered a limit increase taking it past 4L, you can immediately upgrade it to Ultimate. Might take some time, depending on the limit you get with the new card.
In that case i have to close my existing sc credit card

No Standard Chartered card is really good other than their top end Ultimate card not to mention I have read some horror stories about standard chartered bank's very poor support in case of fraud txns(intl txns done without otp & reported within few hours still bank did nothing) so decided to never apply for this bank's card unless see some solid evidence of their improved customer support in case of fraud txns.
Also heard about lack of good redemption options and high minimum points required for redemption on SC cards... @guest_999

It was our 1-2pm approx. don't remember now. Incident is of 2-3yrw back. Reported in morning had follow up for three days and they said you just pay the bill for this month it will be reimburse in next billing cycle. It was all cover under insurance for me... Support was polite. they even sent a guy with documents at my place so yeah that's my experienceNo Standard Chartered card is really good other than their top end Ultimate card not to mention I have read some horror stories about standard chartered bank's very poor support in case of fraud txns(intl txns done without otp & reported within few hours still bank did nothing) so decided to never apply for this bank's card unless see some solid evidence of their improved customer support in case of fraud txns.

Better to keep card disabled for Intl txns. For domestic txn anyways cvv + otp is must. Even ultimate(3.3%) doesn't beat sbi cashback (5%). Inspite of this ultimate is a paid card & not LTF

For scb smart joining fee is anyways waived off currently. So apply online for oneplus buds offer. For digi smart oneplus offer is not applicable and there is no concept of joining fee anyways instead it's monthly fee
Online which website for Smart with Buds offer ?
Any last date for Offer ?

I think buds offer has ended
Noticed in two cases. SC makes a CIBIL enquiry and stops communication nor issue a card.
