I have same card. can’t use everywhere. found few bakery stores, sweet shops. mostly can use in company cafeteria only. moreover have a limit on per transaction

I am not aware of any per txn limits, have used for more than 1000/txn.
I use it at cafeteria, restaurant and to buy sweets.

More supermarket can accept Sodexo card to buy all type of groceries including soaps and other non-food items.
