Zingoy-Croma Vouchers not getting delivered
Order number #5022465 has not been delivered yet worth over 2500Rs.
Its been more than 2 days to deliver a gift card.
Does anyone else face this issue?

Their support is practically non-existent. Raised tickets. No response whatsoever. This is really disappointing.

Please refund my money. Checked with Physical Croma Store Representative. They all are not working. Error screenshot attached. Rest of the vouchers have all worked. Ranging from 250Rs to 2500Rs denominations. Its just the 100Rs. are not working. Please refund my money. @admin @Nigel @ZingoySupport 
Hi! As discussed over call we would issue a Zingoy gift card worth Rs.900 against order id’s 5017161 and 5017099. Appreciate your patience interim.
