Zomato delivery executives usually request for 5* ratings. But today he took my phone and gave 5 ratings. then he said he will get 10 rs. extra for 5 ratings. Is that true? generally, I give 4 to 5 ratings except in late delivery case. but this is irritating if they force us for good ratings.
Though If it’s true then it’s good for them and we can contribute them by just giving 5* ratings in case satisfactory service.

They also give rating to the customer, god knows on what basis. One delivery guy came right on time, he himself found out the address and after reaching he gave me 3 ratings on his phone. I just peeped that.
Then he said sir give me 5 star rating. I said yes and i gave him 5 star.

If you are satisfied with the delivery then it’s okay to give 5 star rating.
But asking your phone to do it himself is wrong.
I would never give my phone to any delivery agent for any reason. I always ask them and try to understand why does he need my phone.
They ask me everytime to give 5 star rating and I rate them based on the service.

99.5% times i give 5 star rating. There is restaurant & customer rating also which is given by delivery boy.
Once a delivery man told me to come at nearby chowk to collect food instead of coming at home but atlast he came to my home. As soon as he gave me food, he told that he has dropped his wallet somewhere and he has no money and no petrol to go back to his house and asking for money help of 40-50 Rs so that he can fill petrol and go back home. Mostly i think he was telling lie but i gave him 20Rs
