Don't really see this being successful. How long will the food for take to be delivered after ordering? And even when you have it, you have to reheat it before eating. The biggest advantage of ordering food online is convenience, fast delivery and the food being ready to eat. Not to mention, this refrigerating and reheating will take away some flavor from the food.
I can see this being a once a week thing. For example if you order Biriyani from Hyderabad, you will get the other say next monday. That way they can accumulate orders for an entire week and ship it all together to your city on Monday. I don't see them doing same day delivery or next day delivery as it will be a logistics nightmare. Maybe once they have a large number of orders to offset the transportation costs, they might be, but not initially IMO.
