Zomato Not Allowing to any Apply Coupon Code

Is it only me or someone else is also getting error like "coupon codes are not eligible for this order"..

For same restaurant if I am trying from my friends account then it is accepting the coupon code.

Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

Same issue with me… contacted Zomato on twitter..they said u have not ordered anything in last one year so account is in dormant stage..place few orders , it will show…swiggy zindabaad

First up all delete your saved card details from Zomato account after that go to Zomato settings and delete Zomato account (Provide any reason). Then delete uninstall it from your device. Wait for some days (1-2 week's). Reinstall the Zomato app and create a account with the same number. Ensure not to provide more details like same email etc... You will get all the offers and free delivery for first time.
