Ask her to check with Zomato cc if this can be refunded to source as she has added it by mistake

Bhai why do you ask the Bella to pursue the noisy customer care, you use her Zomato account for orders and give her the money instantly. Dost tho ladki hai, pyar dikhao thoda.

Genuine question as I have never raised a chargeback yet: How would chargeback work in this case? Zomato didn’t trick OP into adding money in it’s wallet, it was OP’s mistake no?

+1 This is the only coupon I could think. 

I’m not sure if Zomato will refund in case of account closure. But in case of account/wallet closure, one may not be able to register with them again using the same email/mobile number. You will need to check for all such consequences before requesting for closure.

Do not go with chargeback option since the transaction is a genuine one.

they cannot close the wallet only as no kyc was done. they can close the account but what will happen to the balance then is for the accountholder to know of in advance.

Wanderlust bro should try for refund on account closure if Zomato doesn’t agree for a direct refund I guess, the only solid option.

Only options, as already suggested, areeither contact zomato cc to make them accept refund request or file an application for acc/wallet closure which makes it mandatory for company to refund any amt stuck in wallet to source.

It depends on conditions, balance added via anything other than direct use of card/internet banking/upi on wallet site to add money may not be refundable depending on circumstances.

First click on some other method of payment.Then click on edition wallet  below bill summary.edition wallet will be automatically deducted.
