How to recover money from Zingoy as they denied my cashback multiple time

I have been cheated by Zingoy recently. The website is providing cashback for shopping on online merchant. But they are big cheaters, their tracking rate is very low and they are non trusted.
recently I bought some products and and they confirm amount 60% of products which I prchashed and cancelled other. even after I provided them all the proofs they still not giving me cashback.
They have such pathetic escrow system. They told me that merchants has denied the cashback so they can't do anything.
I had complained many time through their support medium but they just like on a mission of cut off their cost by denying cashback of users.
Is their anyway to recover my money? Any portal to complain?

Besides, they also have e-mail addresses on record

As such, many merchants may even take 90 days or drag their feet for more than 60 days after the return window gets over... to confirm to the affiliate.. whether the order is clean (No return, partial return or exchange or refund).

Furthermore, the merchants themselves have opaque policies or lack of transparency in this regard.. in disclosing details to the affiliate or responding satisfactorily to their issues.

Hopefully you have a better experience with them in the future... or at-least have some amicable resolution to the current one.
But please, in the future, raise such concerns in the right sub-section or sub-forum.
This, surely is not that.
its same with others(peers) also, merchant denied is used very frequently, may be its true also
no use of complaining
