Important information regarding Dimes expiry (Starting 1st Jan 2021)

@TRAVOLTA sorry buddy but we wont be able to revoke those expired dimes. As we did extended the deadline multiple times & tried intimating dimers via multiple mediums and recent months we did rejected other claims (would be injustice to them as well).

It got fixed. I have tried to redeem 1500 dimes thrice, as Amazon gv, but I didn’t received the egv yet. Please look into the matter, as my dimes will expire on 31st January.

@bumblefoot Sir, there’s definitely something wrong with the expiry notifications being sent in PM
I am getting expiry notifications, though the dimes that i hold were earned 2 weeks back itself.
Maybe the log book hasnt excluded already redeemed dimes while sending notifications.
