Refund not rev yet of my both order not confirmed but trancation were sucessful

On 22nd September 2022 I had placed to orders on jiomart but as per there reply it was not booked but my both payments for this order were debited from my acct as they had confirmed it will be creditted within 7 days but yet it has been not done plz see to this matter as it was applied and paid through twid payment coupons
