By itself, it is a nicely feature to have on-site notification like 'Congratulations! Your comment in this discussion was marked as top comment'.

(I have not checked if off-site, e-mail notifications too go).

However,  that notification is getting triggered every time there is an external action (like a new 'reaction') on the comment.

@ tech_team Thought to put it out there, assuming that it is not an intentional feature.

Suggestion Make it easy to identify the post creator in a nested conversation. Details: It's hard to figure out who wrote what while reading a nested conversation. I just had to back track the origin of a conversation and I faced this problem. See the below image to understand the issue. One easy solution would be to move the username right above each user's post. I tried on one topic..It showed Topic was successfully updated but nothing happened

Bug

Issue in Leaderboard fans data

I noticed that my name disappeared from the fans leaderboard about 2 weeks ago. I ignored it thinking it’s a temporary issue, but the problem remains even now. On a related note, although I received 2-3 new fan notifications around the same time, the fans counter didn’t actually increase. Please investigate and fix.

The recent update has created many bugs in the app. The deals aren’t getting refreshed. Chat experience is horrible. Messages don’t deliver on time. Please fix these issues

@admin @bumblefoot @siddharthd App has become messy after update. Notification links not working. When I click on any notification a blank page appears for a mini second and that i m redirected to Hot Deals Section.
Links are also not working. When I click a link a blank page appears for a mini second and then it redirects to Forum. There’s a bug with keyboard as well. When i press backspace to delete a character then second last character is deleted rather than the last character

When on mobile version of DesiDime & by sudden clicks Desktop mode gets activated, then if we are in say a particular post & we click Mobile Site mode again, web page throws us to front page instead of keeping on same thread where desktop mode was active

1. You removed topic name from notifications alert
Atleast show some characters to identify which one, it will help those who post lot many threads

2. Space seems to be messy now
If I am giving space in between paragraphs that goes away once saved, maybe there is some work around but as layman, say I give 2 line break / space between two paragraphs, all is gone & it looks very messy & clumsy

3. Please share some Tech id’s whom I can tag while reporting site technical issues / queries & whom will respond like @TrickyTimer or @MJ911 do on other things

I m not able to suggest any deal from last 2-3 days…is there any bug in app

Bug

Unable to give Karma to users on certain posts/threads. The modal popup’s transparent gray layer comes on the screen but the box where I enter my comment and give the Karma does not show up. Note that this is happening only for certain posts/threads. Not sure what’s happening.

Yeah, noticed the same earlier today. Thank you for the prompt action.

Also noticed the FPD tag in the thread headers. Please do include the FPD tag in the search results page like @A2Zdeals suggested. And let’s not forget to disable the option to “suggest FPD” once a thread becomes FPD. AFAIK, lower ranked users have limited number of suggestions and this will help save their quota for good deals which still need to be pushed to FPD.
